Senior UI/UX Designer with 9 years of experience across brand, marketing, and web design. At PTC, I led the design system for the website with 30+ reusable components that cut design inconsistencies by 75% and sped up dev handoff by 40%. I've also driven WCAG AA accessibility across 80+ pages and used A/B testing to validate design decisions, including a redesign that lifted conversion by 5%.
