I’m a Distinguished Product Designer at GitLab, where my AI-first concept and an exec-board prototype drove investment in a GitLab–Slack integration. Before that, 12 years at Microsoft as a principal and director: Azure workspace guidelines, early Copilot frameworks, and Fabric vision work. I founded a 14-person Narratives Studio and hold two patents. I turn complex enterprise tools into clear AI experiences and use storytelling to move executives.
