I've led design at Disney, Live Nation, Entertainment Partners and Extreme Reach, and spent years on internal banking platforms for U.S. Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase. I'm focused on agentic AI workflows, where the work is making powerful systems usable in regulated, high-stakes environments. I build working prototypes instead of static mockups after a dearth of user research.
